PLEASE NOTE - The end of this video was made in 1999 with a QuickTime hyperlinked wired track. That track allowed access to the online story by clicking the screen at the end of the movie. THAT TRACK IS NOT OPERABLE today with this YouTube Video file type --- This April 1999 video is made from still photos, some video and sound loops of a Kukes Albania breadline. The twice a day breadline fed refugees from Kosovo. The jerkiness of the video was an compromise and attempt to keep the data rate tiny by using only 10 frames a second, the file had to be small for transmission to the US via satellite-phone.
